Philosophy
Our philosophy is based on our firm belief that it is our community responsibility to preserve the health, safety, comfort, and general welfare of our elderly residents, some of whom may be suffering from loneliness, anxiety, or lack of attention.

Sylvan Crown Senior Care is a place that seeks to:

Caregivers: The Key to Quality Senior Care
Successful adult foster care depends on how well residents interact with each other and with their caregivers. "We're a team, working here for the good of the residents," Adela says. "We also make sure residents are a good fit for each other." Simona agrees. "We select caregivers in our home who fit in with the residents and who subscribe to our philosophy of quality and consistent care."

The Freedom to Be
Simona and Adela believe that caregivers should respect the freedom and privacy of each resident while still providing quality care. "We make sure our caregivers provide residents with choices to live in a way that's best for them," Simona says.

Ideas Welcome
At Sylvan Crown, family members are encouraged to give ideas and feedback. "We like to get the family members involved," Adela says.

Sylvan Crown Senior Care Home is licensed with Multnomah County, Oregon.
